Hi, I'm Surabhi
Founder, Operator, and Writer
I’ve built and exited two bootstrapped, 7-figure businesses over 20 years.
No investors. No playbook. Just constraints and consequences.
The lesson? Effort doesn’t determine success. Decision-making does — especially when resources are tight, and stakes are high.
Now I help founders make smarter calls so they can build businesses that last.
My Entrepreneurial Journey
From Lines of Code to Bottom Lines
2001
Landed in the US as a software engineer, wide-eyed and ready to conquer the startup world. Dreams were big, experience was small.
2005
Took the leap! Co-founded Tejora Technologies, soon serving Fortune 100 clients. Talk about a steep learning curve and sleepless nights!
2007
Caught the entrepreneurial bug again. Launched Elixir Fitness, diving headfirst into the retail sector. Double the challenges and double the growth.
2012
First major win – successfully exited Elixir Fitness. Lesson learned: building and selling a business is an art and a science.
2017
Life threw a curveball. Took sole leadership of Tejora amidst personal tragedy. Toughest year of my life, but also the most transformative.
2022
The big one – exited Tejora Technologies through a full buyout. Years of perseverance paid off, unlocking value and opening a new chapter.

How I Help
How My Work Accelerates Founder Progress
The success of a business is shaped by the decisions its founder makes.
Good founder decisions need three things:

Intelligence
Understanding how revenue, profit, people, and incentives interact inside a business

Skills
The ability to operate, delegate, and build under real constraints.

Judgment
Choosing well when information is incomplete and trade-offs are unavoidable.
